Provided with front loading door, with automatic vertical opening, parts are rotated or rocked  in baskets on their horizontal axis.

Great accuracy in cleanliness also in presence of complex surfaces, thanks the combined action of biodegradable detergents and spraying with rotating jet ramps. Possibility of full immersion and Ultrasonics.

Logica Blue is equipped with Siemens PLC with  wide choice of cleaning programs.

Because of the advanced  technology solutions featured,  the Logica Blue, can meet the highest cleaning standards according with UNI-ISO 4406 on parts of brass, steel, aluminum, bronze, titanium or different materials.

Drying phase is available either by deep vacuum drying – by hot air recirculation or by Dual Drying.

OPERATION PROCEDURES FOR DRYING THROUGH AIR CIRCULATION

The Logica Blue water-based washing installations are available with 1 to 5 tanks, which make it possible to carry out different treatment cycles and obtain the best results. Through 4 phases it is possible to complete the washing cycle as per the following steps:

1st Phase – Surface Cleaning:

The parts to be treated are placed in the washing basket.  Pump #1 sends the liquid (water + detergent), passing it through the filtering cartridge, from the 1st tank to the washing chamber (60 -70°C / 140 – 158 °F); in this phase washing is obtained through the nozzles within the chamber.  At the end of the washing phase, the liquid is returned to the tank and the solid waste is collected in the waste filter.

2nd Phase – (2 tank machines) :

The liquid (demineralised water) is pumped by pump #2, from 2nd tank to the washing chamber (60 °C- 140°F), through the filtering cartridge; in this phase washing is obtained through the nozzles within the chamber.  At the end of the washing phase, the liquid is returned to the tank and the solid waste is collected in the waste filter.

3rd Phase – Drying :

A Fan powered ventilation system extracts the hot air from  the washing chamber and sends it to a condensing/post warming unit. Once warmed up again, the air flow in closed circuit returns in the chamber on the parts to assure the full drying.

4th Phase – Unloading :

When opening the loading door, an aspirating fan activates so that the ambient air is aspirated inside the washing chamber and then sent to the exhaust chimney. In such a way we avoid steam to interfere with normal unloading operations.

OPERATION PROCEDURES FOR DRYING THROUGH VACUUM PUMP

The water-based washing installations are available with 1 to 5 tanks, which make it possible to carry out different treatment cycles and obtain the best results.

Through 5 phases it is possible to complete the washing cycle as per the following steps:

1st Phase – Surface Cleaning:

The parts to be treated are placed in the washing basket.  Pump #1 sends the liquid (water + detergent), passing it through the filtering cartridge, from the 1st tank to the washing chamber (60 -70°C / 140 – 158 °F); in this phase washing is obtained through the nozzles within the chamber. It is possible to perform a washing cycle with Ultrasonicss (optional), which, thanks to the low concentration of the detergent and degreasing liquid, ensures exceptional efficiency and results. At the end of the washing phase, the liquid is returned to the tank and the solid waste is collected in the waste filter.

2nd  Phase – Rinsing (immersion and injection):

First of all an air vacuum is formed inside of the washing chamber, subsequently the cleaning liquid is transported from the second tank through the opening of the specific collector, which connects the washing basket and the tank.  The vacuuming of the treatment chamber continues until the float inside the said chamber indicates that the level of the liquid is sufficient for the basket to be fully immersed.

Once these conditions are reached, the aforementioned collector closes and the suction pump comes to a complete stop.  After filtering the liquid through a second filter cartridge, pump #2 will re-prime the system completing the washing cycle (immersion, injection or both).

3rd  Phase – Drainage:

When the second phase of washing is completed, the liquid flows from the chamber to its respective tank, subsequently all the liquid residues are eliminated from the pipes, the pump and the filter cartridge.

Other Phases – Other washing options (Immersion and Injection): The option of using up to 3 additional tanks makes it possible to run 3 specific washing cycles (water and detergent, alkaline agents, rinsing with demineralizad water, etc.).

4th Phase – Drying:

The reduction of the pressure to values below 10 mbar allows the water to evaporate instantly, ensuring fast and perfect drying (thus preventing oxidation problems).

5th Phase – Unloading :
